The back of the shoes already broke on the inside at the heels. I wrote to the shop so hopefully get a reply soon, but so far I am quite disappointed with the quality. I did not use them in the wrong way as far as I know, so it is sad.

I'm usually a size 5 but I had to change down to a 4 for these. The exchange process was really quick and efficient and the size 4s fit well. They were laced up in a strange way, but that's easy to change. Good quality, and a good combination of smart and comfortable. I may get another colour at some stage.

I absolutely love these shoes, the design and the comfort. I ordered a pair 8 years ago and I've been wearing them nearly every day ever since. Only now have they started showing signs of enough wear and tear that I'll have to replace them next year I think. Pretty good going!

I was sad that these just didn’t feel comfortable, as another style of Will’s vegan trainers I’ve had are great. However, I do find it hard to get shoes that fit, my feet are over sensitive! The soles were a bit hard too.
